We all experience trauma in our lives. It damages our faith in love. Also, it creates painful helplessness around past needs that live on as more attainable symbols of them. Seeking symbolic need is not fulfilling and creates addictions that separate us from our real selves. Growing into lives that empower ourselves and others requires the attempt to be empathetic with ourselves and others. This blog is about how we can use forms of empathy in our inner and outer communications to arrive at better relationships and more virtuous lives. It requires no belief system, simply practices that aid us in communicating with forms of empathy, both within ourselves and between ourselves. Is there something even deeper? Yes there is. An inner awareness without language can be an act of empathy with ourselves that can lead to feelings of enlightenment. Although we can help each other with such practices, they are actually a kind of yoga that we can learn and practice all on our own. Join with me as we probe into the abilities and uplifting power of a revolution of love.
Publishing
If you’re familiar with WordPress, you’ll be right at home. To get started creating your own posts head to your Dashboard and click Add New to bring up the editor.
Fill it up with whatever you choose; it could be a recipe, a review of a new product you love, or simply a new idea that needs to be shared with the world.
Whatever you do decide to write about, it’s always a great idea to start off with a post telling your audience a little bit about yourself and what topics they can expect to read about on your blog.
Tip: Choose a Category for your blog to help people discover it!
Hit Publish and that’s it – your post will be live and ready for reading.
The new post will be included in the Reader of other members and may also make an appearance on the Community front page, (vivaldi.net).
P.S. Don’t forget to share your new creation far and wide! Tag Vivaldi (on Twitter or Facebook) – we’d love to see what you come up with!

There are a number of ways to customize the look of your new Blog. Head to your site’s Admin Dashboard > Appearance and select one of the themes, site icon, header images, page layouts, custom widgets and much more.

FAQ
What is the Vivaldi Community?
A place for our friends to hang out online. We want to create a place where people can publish, read and discuss ideas with likeminded folks from around the world. We hope you like it.
Do I have to use Vivaldi’s browser to be here?
No. Many Community members use our browser. But many don’t. Everyone is welcome.
What’s included?
Every member gets a free webmail account ([email protected]), access to the Vivaldi Forums, a free Blog with a custom domain (yourblog.vivaldi.net) and can synchronize their Vivaldi browser data across multiple devices.
What’s the catch?
We have no plans to monetize, share your data or start charging for any of these services. The Community is simply a way for us to give something back to our users. No catch.
